Fehmz Mini Desserts class is ready!!
After numerous requests from the lovely ladies who’ve attended my classes, I have finally completed the development of my mini dessert class and incorporate two summer drinks into the class as well.
Attendees will learn the basics in six mini desserts from my collection viz.
Vanilla Pannacotta with Mixed Berry coulis and long-john candied Hazelnut
Salted Caramel Chocolate Pots
Tropicottamisu – my summery citrusy take on tiramisu
Cheesecake – an ultimate tried and tested fridge cheesecake recipe that can be made in many different variations
Mango Mousse topped with Meringue and Lime Zest
Easy Peasy Chocolate Bowls filled with Strawberry Mousse
And the drinks…..
Mock Sangria
and
Turkish Fantasy – created exclusively by me for the class through research and experimentation
The class features *SIX* easy to make mini desserts such as Mango Mousse, Fehmz’s twist on Tiramisu with her Tropicottamisu, easy peasy chocolate cups and more…..as well as 2 cooling summer drinks will be included in the class.
And the best part? You get to take one of each mini dessert home with you (if you haven’t already devoured it in class…haha)
