Norwegian Salmon Steaks with a Nectarine, Feta and Cashew nut Salad

Norwegian Salmon Steaks were on special at Woolies

I seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh lime juice and lime zest.

Pan-fried with olive oil for about 8minutes and served with the salad.


Leafy greens (washed)
Julienned carrots
Nectarine slices
Cashew Nuts

Seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar (balsamic if you have, regular brown vinegar if you don’t)
