Iftaar | 6th Ramadhaan | Dessert – Twisted Peppermint Caramel Pudding

I’m so embarrassed to share these recipes sometimes because I’m such a queen of easy peasy, its ridiculous. Lol

This recipe is a first, tonight’s experiment and it has proved to be so delicious it might become my new favourite quick dessert…..hahaha

 

Twisted Peppermint Caramel Pudding

Chockits (3/4 box – crushed)

1 tin Caramel Treat

1 tin whipped cream in a can (or you can whip fresh cream if you gonna make it earlier and let it sit for too long)

Choc Mint Sauce (Illovo Ice Cream sauce)

In a bowl, throw in some chockits, then pipe in a good dollop of fresh cream, then about the same amount of caramel, then a smaller layer of choc-mint sauce. Add more biscuits again, top with cream, a little piped caramel and some chockits sprinkled over.

Serve and enjoy!
